Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds given for cancellations by participants under any circumstances. This applies to all programs, events, retreats, workshops, courses, etc. connected to All Terrain Retreats LLC. Under special circumstances, a credit may be issued for monies invested (minus travel expenses, taxes, and fees), but no refund will be given for any issue.

Deciding to switch from one program date to another program date is also considered a cancellation of the original retreat. Cancellations may be made verbally via phone conversation or via email.

US retreats

Any cancellation made 30 days prior to the retreat start date may either be transferred to a friend or family member, or to another retreat. A gift certificate will be issued for the remaining credit and can be put towards future retreats. Customers must retain email and PDF gift certificates for future reference to be used on the retreat.

Non-USA retreats

Any cancellation made 90 days prior to the retreat start date may either be transferred to a friend or family member, or to another retreat. A gift certificate will be issued for the remaining credit and can be put towards future retreats. Customers must retain email and PDF gift certificates for future reference to be used on the retreat.

Cancellations made after 30 days will result in forfeiture monies invested, and you should contact your travel insurance company for reimbursements. All Terrain Retreats LLC cannot refund any payments for any reason (COVID, injury, illness, death).
